PEPT VERDICT:Hon(Rev) UKADIKE Applauds PEPT while Congratulating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Victory.


 


HON UCHE IBEABUCHI UKADIKE CONGRATULATES  PRESIDENT TINUBU AND VICE PRESIDENT SHETTIMA ON VICTORY AT THE PEPT


Hon(Rev)Uche Ibeabuchi Ukadike felicitates with the President Tinubu and the Vice President Shettima on their well-deserved victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).

The PEPT, which gave its ruling yesterday Wednesday, 6th September, 2023, affirmed the mandate which Nigerians freely and consciously gave to the joint ticket of Preident Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima in the presidential election held on 25th February, 2023.

I wish to also commend the judiciary and the judges of the PEPT in particular for their courage, capacity and neutrality as exemplified in their judgement. The judges have indeed demonstrated Capacity and professionalism by not adhering on the lies, mischief, blackmail and intimidation mounted by the petitioners, but also upholds the rule of law by thoroughly dissecting the issues raised by the petitioners during their 12-hour long judgement.

I wish to also Congratulate INEC for the petience and professionalism in standing against all allegations, threats and intimidation by the petitioners.

Finally, the petitioners are also Nigerians and they must see reasons why they must join hands with Asiwaju /Shettima led-Administration to move Nigeria forward in ensuring the Renewed Hope agendas are truly achieved.

To all the progressive family too, I say congratulations for standing firm, resolute and dogged on this mandate. Let's not forget to always pray with good wishes for our country and its leadership.

 Hon(Rev)Uche Ibeabuchi Ukadike congratulates President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his Supreme Court Victory The federal character commissioner Representing Anambra State in the Federal Character commission has felicitated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR,on his victory at the Supreme Court. The apex court on Thursday dismissed the appeals by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party  and Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party against Tinubu's earlier victory at the Presidential Election Petitions Court, as lacking in merit. Hon(Rev) Ukadike described the judgment, which dismissed all the grounds of appeal formulated by Atiku and Obi,  as excellent. The federal character commissioner commended the apex court panel for being guided by the law and not by public sentiments or opinions in delivering its unanimous verdict in favour of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
